The Weinstein Company has released the first trailer for the new film by Lee Daniels ('The Paperboy'), 'The Butler', whose U.S. premiere will go to October 18 (March 14, 2014 in Spain). Starring Forest Whitaker, Oprah Winfrey, David Oyelowo, Liam Neeson, John Cusack, Alan Rickman, Jane Fonda, Robin Williams, James Marsden, Aml Ameen and Liev Schreiber, the film is based on an article by Wil Haygood in the Washington Post . Tell the true story of Eugene Allen (Oyelowo), a man who worked as a butler in the White House since 1952 President Harry Truman to Ronald Reagan in 1986 with office. Among other things Haygood says that when Allen began working in the White House, not even able to use the public restrooms in Virginia, his hometown.
